We will be here to help whenever you need us: You will have the personal attention of a team of financial specialists to ensure you receive the best service. In addition to your dedicated financial consultant you will be assisted by other client support managers and financial and tax specialists as and when required. Whatever your needs, concerns or questions, you can contact us by phone, email or face to face.

We will review your financial plan regularly: A financial plan is only successful if it adapts to your changing needs. We will meet with you regularly to make sure you are still on track for meeting your goals and objectives. If your ambitions, circumstances or anything else has changed, we will update your plan to match and make further recommendations if required.

We will ensure you are kept up to date with any changes in legislation and new opportunities: As financial specialists, we often discover new approaches to acquiring, growing and preserving wealth. Furthermore, legislation and rules change from time to time. The moment we find opportunities that are relevant or if any changes will affect you, we will discuss them with you.

We will work with other professionals to manage your finances: Often in life you will need assistance from other professionals. To make sure your finances are co-ordinated and working perfectly for you, we will collaborate with your other advisers, such as accountants and solicitors. We can also recommend other professionals to support you, should the need arise.

We will be clear with you: When it comes to managing your finances, it is vital you understand everything we do for you. That is why we will always communicate with you in jargon-free, plain English, explaining our work and recommendations clearly.

We will be open and transparent about costs: Honesty and trust are the foundation of every strong relationship. So you will always know how much we will charge for our services and what you will receive in return. Before implementing any recommendations or taking out any financial product, we will let you know how much they cost.

Complaints

Clients are at the heart of our business and delivering an outstanding service at all times is what we strive to do. However, we recognise that from time to time our clients may have cause to make a complaint. We are committed to dealing with complaints effectively and fairly in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s complaint handling rules and guidance. If clients have a cause to complain, a dedicated team focused on ensuring that the clients are treated fairly during the process will deal with the complaints.

If our clients are not satisfied with the outcome of their complaint, they will have the right to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, at The Financial Ombudsman Service Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, or by going to their website www.financialombudsman.org.uk
